Pilates Practice at the Studio


Our main aim is to provide a fun, safe and inclusive environment for people of all abilities and fitness levels.

Our classes are designed for beginners through to the advanced. 

We offer alternative movements and resistance options to cater for all fitness levels, injuries and pregnancy.


If you are new to pilates and/or wish to train individually or in a small group setting we have times available all throughout the week.


Whether you are looking to mix your fitness routine up, completely new to reformer or are looking for a challenge PILATES IS FOR YOU!​

Reformer Pilates will build your core strength, stretch your body, build muscle and enhance your mobility.

Our class timetable runs with the Victorian school term, you can book a permanent spot or book casually online. Individual and small group sessions can be booked around these times.
