Our story

Having grown up in country NSW, Yasmin & Sarah understand the difficulties presented when living rural.

Our aim is to help people on their journey with recovery, to get clients feeling strong and able once more.

We endeavour to achieve this by providing a evidence based assessment and treatment to our clients as we believe no matter where you live, we should all have access to affordable and effective treatment.

• Clinical Myotherapist
• Kinetic link training instructor
• Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor

After completing my Bach. Health Sci/Clinical Myotherapy over 10 years ago, I have been working in private practice.

The Finley Pilates & Clinical Myotherapy clinic was started 7 years ago, and now the new adventure in Yarrawonga has began.

I am currently studying a Bach of Social Work and love to learn about the ways the physical, psychological and environmental elements of the body interact.

I have had the privilege of learning from experienced therapists both locally and abroad. My time working in Timor Leste has lead to an ongoing relationship between our local community and communities in regional Timor.

•Pilates Instructor

I completed my Cert III in Group fitness in 2010, going on to complete my Mat & Reformer Pilates training in 2014, as well as my Pregnancy Pilates training in 2015.

I’m a goal focused person, I enjoy running and strength training. I like to think that my enthusiasm for movement and fitness is transferred through my instructing style, helping clients achieve their own individual goals.

As a mum of two I understand the importance of staying strong and mobile throughout the pre & post-natal journey. I’m very passionate about working with pregnant women, helping them maintain strength, as well as comfortable movement for as long as possible during their pregnancy. Equally as rewarding, I enjoy helping our new mums in their post-natal recovery.
