After completing my Bach. Health Sci/Clinical Myotherapy over 10 years ago, I have been working in private practice.
The Finley Pilates & Clinical Myotherapy clinic was started 7 years ago, and now the new adventure in Yarrawonga has began.
I am currently studying a Bach of Social Work and love to learn about the ways the physical, psychological and environmental elements of the body interact.
I have had the privilege of learning from experienced therapists both locally and abroad. My time working in Timor Leste has lead to an ongoing relationship between our local community and communities in regional Timor.

• ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach
My study, training and practice withing the fitness space started in 2010. With ongoing training I began work within the Pilates industry over 8 years ago.
I’m a goal driven person & I enjoy running and strength training. I like to think that my enthusiasm for movement is transferred through my instructing style, helping clients to achieve their own individual goals.
I have enjoyed working with the diverse array of clients that I have come across thus far. This includes people seeking pre & post-natal maintenance & strength, injury prevention & recovery, amateur athletes looking build on elements to better themselves within their sport & people in their later stages of life wanting to work on strength, balance & mobility.

I had been practicing Pilates prior to my decision to commence my training & education to become an instructor. I studied through Breathe in 2021 & started at YPCM immediately after.
I find great reward in being an instructor. I am able to help people achieve their goals, become stronger, more flexible & more confident in themselves.
I believe movement is essential to our physical & mental wellbeing & I like to think that we have created an environment at YPCM that supports that.
Bree Contarino
Instructor
My love for Pilates started when I was in the thick of postpartum, after the birth of my first child. I loved being able to begin moving my body again in a way that was low impact yet still challenging. Almost immediately I commenced my training and education through Breathe & started instructing with YPCM in 2022.

Since the completion of my training I have found a real passion for working with those who are just beginning their Pilates journey, as well as pre & post natal clients.
