Class Timetable

Our class timetable runs with the school term, taking a 2 week break from the formal timetable over the holiday period. During this time a casual timetable, as well as individual & private group classes are available.

We have 8 spots available per class. Bookings are preferred by the term. This means that a spot in your desired class is reserved for you for the entire term. If you are going to be away/miss a class or two, 'make up' sessions will be available weekly depending on prior notice absentees.

All our classes are adaptable to each individual. This allows inclusivity for beginners, pregnancy/post-partum, injury & limitation.

Individual & private group classes are available Monday to Friday, all year round. These run for 45mins & are booked between the timetabled classes. Private sessions are available to book online or for more info, check out our 'Information' page here on our website.
