TIMETABLE

Our class timetable is updated each term and runs alongside the Victorian school term.

​We have 8 reformers available per class. Bookings are preferred by the term, ensuring you secure your preferred time. As most classes are full we only allow two make up sessions per term but also have the option of booking casually online if you cannot commit to the same time every week.

All our classes are adaptable to each individual. This allows inclusivity for beginners, pregnancy/post-partum, injury & limitation.

Individual sessions and classes can be booked online but please contact us via phone or socials for private group training.

This allows us to find a suitable time and day.
